I visited Orchard Hills and found out that the new neighborhoods directly adjacent to Northwood High School have no walking trails for students to walk to the high school.  Students have to walk all the way to the entrance of each development and literally what would be a few blocks of walking...

I remember checking out Tasty Garden's menu and not thinking it was that expensive for pretty good food in a nice place ... what I can't believe is goint to Chick Fila today and seeing that they are charging $9.25 for a grilled chicken sandwich meal ... compared to that Tasty Garden isn't...

I agree, I like 11 the best, it's like a private corner unit with only one neighbor and definitely agree that 12 might get noise from kids playing in the cul de sac although that's music to some people's ears ...

Yes, the apartment courtyard was more enclosed (but not completely, there is a walkway that enters into the courtyard), and motorcourts are wider so the distance between opposite units is larger so the sound reverberation is not likely to be as bad ...
