I think, it's pretty safe to assume that ICS know your screen resolution; and fits to adjust, without stretching the UI... It very well know if your hardware is a Phone, Tablet, Landscape or Portrait Mode and adjusts accordingly... like I said, it will know if you have Physical Buttons and...
