The biggest increases between Terra phases were sales release 1 to 4 or 1 to 5. The prices now are pretty consistent due to interest rates increasing. Though even though people in the earlier phases paid more, they probably have a lower monthly payment since they have a lower interest rate.

Overall good but there are LOTS of things they have to fix post closing (which seems typical for new home construction, otherwise they wouldnt be able to close on time period). I have a decent amount of repairs put in. Most of them are minor but there's 1-2 big issues going on. Please PM me...
