    Retail Openings and Closures

My wife went to the Westpark HMart, saw the crowds, said f this, and went to the DJ HMart which was unusually devoid of people.

    Does such a vehicle exist?...

I have a Miata and it doesn't sound like it is the answer. It definitely does not feel like a cloud while driving, and I mean this as someone who really enjoys the car. It sounds like the OP is looking for something that is super comfy while also being reasonably fun to drive. I would look at...

Premium is down to 5.99/gal at Sam's Club in Fountain Valley. Went there for some business shopping (item not found at Costco) and didn't get gas, but saw a small line there about 2-3 cars deep.

    COVID-19 Retail Openings and Closures

Went to TR Costco last night just before closing. No wait at self-checkout. No wait at gas. It was like bizarro land. Btw I noticed the same at Costco in San Juan Capistrano a few months back. No waits, totally sparse. Not sure if this is normal. I also randomly went to Costco in Scotland...

These Homeowners Decided to Rent Again

Rational actors, lack of information, switching costs, etc. Anyways, most of the people profiled in the NYT article have additional non-economic reasons to rent. Short term horizon, preference for amenities more often found in rental properties (especially in the tristate area), recent changes...

https://datastudio.google.com/u/0/reporting/7a243d54-2a8d-44f3-a405-ce2a509c1c07/page/3KHiC The Tustin Hyundai was confirmed to me by a mobile car wash guy last week. He had a base Ioniq 5. MSRP but about $1k in BS dealer addons. Consider it a low ADM.

Cadillac Lyriq reviews out today. Looks like a good car. Anyone know a Cadillac dealer that would do it without ADM?

    COVID-19 Retail Openings and Closures

Last time I tried The Stand, I found I preferred The Cut more. I'll have to give it another shot. I have also never seen it as busy as Board and Brew, which already is supporting multiple locations.
