This is listed as a model home, but don?t model homes have landscaping..?
Anytime I think about how expensive RE is becoming here, I think to those other areas and realize it could be worse, haha. All the new home inventory down here actually helps prices from spiraling out of control.
1 mil in SF buys you maybe 1000 sq ft. Maybe. And it's likely a fairly old home...
The owners of this property are apparently huge Aaron Rodgers / GB Packers fans, as he is on the TV and also has a giant portrait in the office.. haha.
Yeah, that?s a great point. Traditionally people tend to prefer to live in the hills and away from the main streets, etc. But based on some of the sales here, perhaps that is not the case.
Yeah, this is true, but it does seem to be in close proximity to a lot of things, too. It'll be gated and they'll actually have an elementary school built there, too.
Given its location (west of the 405), I'm guessing they'll sell quite well.
Definitely less. Barcelona has a great location and will be developed by TIC?s builder (IPac).
This isn?t an apples to apples comparison though, as it?s likely the starting price for these homes will be 1.3million, maybe even a little more. I think this is about 250k more expensive than any...
What do you mean by incentives? I don't think many builders are offering incentives in this current market.
Given that this is a Legado thread, do you know if Legado is offering any incentives?
Interestingly, the plan 2 of the Tristana community just closed for basically the same price as the listed CVE resale:

Yeah, I believe Talise is an exact replica of Trellis Court.
For what it?s worth, Legado?s sales seem to be faster (releases are every 4-6 weeks it appears), where I think Talise has had 2 releases in total since opening in the beginning of December.
