K-8 would be a game changer, at least for us.  But I have no faith in TUSD doing anything in the near future.

We always liked the open layout of Beacon Park.  That said, +1 on specific location. E.g. the SFRs closer to the Bosque versus the CondoLand side.  Also, JOST side of Woodbury versus the Sand Canyon side.

We did.  Just cited DTI issues and the check came back 4 weeks later.  Agree depends on sales team and market conditions.  If they have other buyers, they're not going to waste time fighting you.
