2 or the 3 house tucked the ovens away...the designer that did that should have been slapped. I know why they did that...to make the kitchens seem even bigger...but the oven is the hearth of the home. Pic:
http://img293.imageshack.us/my.php?image=img1244im9.jpg

The Prado Models in Portola Springs are for Sale

I was surprised on some of the touches added in to this project, like the multi levels on each floor. Like mentioned earlier a drain in the laundry room...even though a washer tube with drain would have done. Multi zoned AC system. Large front/side yards on some of the lots. The recycle...

Greenspan sees house price bottom in 2009

He needs to retire to Florida. Yes, he did a good job late 90's and early 2000, but he blew it in 2002. Things should have been tightened, just a tad. Money was too easy to get for the banks, and they blew it left and right.

    not bottom until 2014?

The law states you have to currently have a DTI of above 35%. Many of the alt-a people will be. I suspect the FHA will run out of the 400,000 loans in the first 6 months. The loan handouts will start in oct. So we will know soon enough how it's working.

    not bottom until 2014?

lol, i don't know about everything. 2010 sounds like the bottom from that story. 2014 is when it picks back up on it's cyclical swing.
