    just called their office. Their models are open on july 3rd. Prices are 579k for plan 1, 590k for plan 2, and 610k for plan 3 so that puts plan 3 for $296 per square foot. anyone interested in buying? Their mello roos is higher than the Woodbury east though...

    we added the door as an option and then took it out. I want the door, and my husband doesnt. I think that door is needed if we both have different schedules and if he is taking a shower when i am in bed. HE wants it out because the door obstructs the view to the tub and also adds inconvinience...

    We were very close to buying the coronado but we decided to wait till fall this year to decide. I think there is potential drop in prices and a slight increase in interest but the lower price attracts me more. I am waiting on the sideline to purchase.

    actually I did. When i was looking at a home in woodbridge with $380 HOA fee, its equivalent to coronado's mello roos plus HOA = $225+ $134= $359 so actually less than woodbridge. Northwood II has 1.5% mello roos rates as well and 100s in HOA so same price. Thats how i made the comparisons.
