I think it depends on the location, even when they both have driveways. Some units with driveways have the same setback (~5) from the California room (same as the model), others are 8.6.

This is basically Caserta at CV. I'm very surprised Residence 3 starts at a higher price than existing 3s at CV, given that Indigo is in PS.

You stopped by Petaluma on Sunday and phase 5 was out?  :-\ I'm on their priority list and have received emails for all their past phase releases. I've been waiting for phase 5, but have not gotten any email or call... Do you have any more information? Can you please post the prices? Thanks!

I don't have any kids right now, but we plan to have 2. I'd like them to have their own room. Since I don't actually have any kids now, I was wondering if my fears of needing 4 rooms with 2 kids is founded

Also I noticed TC plan 1 and plan 2's great rooms are facing each other with lots of windows. Could that cause a privacy issue?

Yeah Silverleaf's floor plan looks interesting. But it is in PS which we are not considering. Here is our situation. Maybe I can get more input from all the wise posters here :) We plan to have 2 kids, We are both on our computers a lot, so we'd also like a place for our computers and books...

When I looked end of last year, all leftover plan 2 and plan 3s were above 800K. And since they were leftovers, they all have upgrades I didn't care for.

Do we know there will be a phase 2 for sure? If yes, which area? I think there's a block above the cell and a block below. Think prefer the block below. I'd prefer the extension, though I fear prices might get ridiculous like Jasmine extension, and that there might not be driveway lots.
