Just curious about thermafoil.  Why do you think it's not as nice?  Appearance or quality?  We may just get the thermafoil because it's standard and we have it in our current, besides it peeling after 15 years, it was easy to clean with the kids.

We have the same situation.  Currently we have a huge backyard in TR.  Our 2 boys preschool aged don't play in the back as much.  They prefer to play in the front with other kids or at the park. We are between OH Capella v. NP.  If we could find a steal in NP, we may buy there.  But the houses...
