The 3 most important things to look for when buying a home is
1. location
2. location
3. location
but I guess when buying at lambert ranch it is
1. landfill
2. cell phone tower
3. prison (my realtor tells me its "white collar" so it shouldn't be a problem :D)
The closer to these amenities...
I don't know how good of a study that is. Unless you can show me a study that shows 1 out of 2 kids in quail hill are born with Autism, then maybe i will believe it.
hahaha no way!! Small world. We've lived in both Squirrel Hill and Shady Side near Walnut by Giant Eagle market district. We're just happy that there is better boba in Cali than Rose Tea :P
Go STEELERS!!!!
We're from the east coast (pittsburgh, PA) and I'm surprised to find that Irvine has much better air quality than our home town. I guess we should have nothing to worry about.
What kind of people are buying at Laguna Altura? Families with children? Retirees? Singles?
Also, how convenient is the location of LA compared to Stonegate?
San Mateo is 614,900
- no landscaping
- option to upgrade to cali room or conservatory
San Remo is 661,000
- includes landscapig
- includes cali room
We did a calculation and monthly payment for San Remo was about 200-300 dollars more per month.
Ok so we visited San Mateo again today and drove by the Frank Bowerman Landfill to see exactly how close by it was. It was literally a block away. This is extremely disturbing. Stonegate is just as close to the landfill as Portola Springs, it might even be closer.
Those are my exact thoughts too. The conservatory is a huge plus, but what about the location? Stonegate being 2 miles away from the landfill concerns me, but of course laguna altura is extremely close to freeway.
