Hello friends- went to go see the house in kallin. Really liked it. Not 100% about the railroad tracks. Seems awefully close. Anyone that actually lives in the neighborhood- knows the location of kallin st,  have experience with how loud the train is? Also, there is an extra transfer fee...

@qwerty: what street do you live on? the house i am interested is on Kallins and it is like a street away from the tracks. Does anyone know which plan the 1409 Kallins is?

Wow- didn't think of the trains. Google maps, looks very close. And does crossing Red Hill take us into Santa Ana?

anything i need to be aware of in Columbus Square?? New area for me to explore. Are the neighbors friendly or bunch of asians who keep the windows and garage shut and keep the themselves. (cultual thing :) )

I like The house on Kallin - why are these so inexpensive in comparison? Actually- I love that house. Redfin shows schools the same as greenwood but zillow shows as Beckman high. Which is correct?

THE ONLY PLAN ONE NOT ON JAMBOREE SIDE WAS ALREADY TAKEN BY THE TIME THEY CALLED ME. DECLINED THE OTHERS. THE PLAN 2 FOR $1MIL ON THE INSIDE TRACK SEEMED TOO MUCH. I'VE BEEN LOOKING AND I DON'T SEE ANY LISTINGS BELOW $1MIL 2500+ SQ FT. IF SOMEONE KNOWS WHATS OUT THERE- LEAD THE WAY. :)

does anyone have any information on the soil in Greenwood? Has it been tested? Are we allowed to eat vegetation grown in our yard?

that is a good idea to visit the lot. i think the only model selling this phase backing Park Ave is plan 1.

I took the tour on Open House night. It was nice to see all the kids.... the campus itself, not overly impressed with. Met the two kinder teachers. One was impressive and the other not so much- What did impress me was the children and their demeanor. Very well composed and mature. I have to...

I guess sometimes, taking a step back helps to keep things simple. The other issue at hand is that kinder is only 3 hrs and that would mean he is in daycare most of the day. at least private offers longer academic days........
