Wow Belvedere is expensive.  I would rather pay a little more and get Pulte Homes (Sycamore or Walnut) in Beacon Park, Capella (Plan 3) in Orchard Hills or even Palo Alto (Plan 1,2,3) in Stonegate for that price range.

When I go look at models I see a lot of minor errors.  Even some drawers not aligned squarely with each other.  Cracks developing between the cracks.
