    i really doubt they were sold at the same day.  Even if they were all cash trasactions,  it still takes time to close the house.  2nd,  I don't think the resale value will be better than the houses in PP

    Just a suggestion,  be careful with KB.  They are very pushy regarding closing the house without your interest considered.  The next closing is possible by 05/30/2014 as it is their quarter/semi annaul end.

    Which lender will do 80% of the purchase price for a over 5 unit apts?

    just wondering , have anyone have experience with getting a loan around 80% or over of the value for a multi-family apt?  can anyone refer this type of lender?  I just heard the BOA now can do 15% down payment.  Thanks

    This is my point too.  I knew lots of kids in Uni. High could not get in any university, ending up in a community college, due to the horrible competitions.  The kids were sad and felt left out.  I don't think Uni High is a good choice.
