The office is at Pasadena.  Checked the house price at San Marino,  it is around 1.8MM, but very old house.  Don't like Arcadia at all,  the school is good but so many FCBs with loads of cash and gangsters.    La Canada is very expensive too  >:D 

have young kids who go to school. is it good to buy a house at a cheaper price at Pasadena/Aldentena?  or pay more money to buy a house with a good school district, such as San Ramino, or La Canada Flintridge ?

only based on the several small properties to draw a conclusion will be biased  ;D.  what is the market in your neighborhood?  is the house on the market longer? or shorter?  at what price level?

The many PTA  leaders with Stonegate Elementary will be the PTA leader of PS Elementary School.  It is said that Stonegate PTA is very strong and powerful.  PS PTA will be very very good, and make a great and very positive influences on PS Elementary School.

I had a horrible expeirence about the pre-sale with them too.  First I thought it is like the other builders, based on the priority of your pre-qual,  then all the bigger lots are taken, although we are pre-qual much more earlier.  >:D

A friend of mine is interested in Caserta.  Anyone here bought it?  Looks like Phase 5 was released over weeks ago, only 1 (out of 7) is sold.  They will release Phase 6 this weekend. I assume the sales is slow (I might be wrong). I Can we get some free upgrades or credit?  Thanks a lot
