It is true  :D.  When it is combined with #4 and T shape, lots of potential buyers would not even give a chance to look at the house, specially for Asian buyers,  the pool of the your buyers will be much smaller.  Is it the reason that you did not pick the house?

Currently it is hard to sell,  and the problem is that it will be harder when it is at resell. 

Would anyone pick Lot 19 at the current price?  Lot 19 is at the T shape.

Not only the price of Juniper is much higher than others, but also the cost of Mello Roo is doubled.  In addition,  the soil is contaminated,  and it is flat, no hills.  furthermore,  a cemetery might be built nearby.... All in all,  Juniper is way overpriced.

Found out Juniper's Plan 1 is comparable to Cressa Plan 3,  Strada Plan 3 and Capalla's plan 1.  But Junipe's plan 1 is $100K more than Strada and Capalla,  $200K more than Cressa

The ceiling of 1st floor is 9 feet high, comparing to other new homes, which are 10 feet ceilings.... Dispointed...

The price for Palo Alto goes down too?  The quality of KB home is kind of notorious

The original price for plan 1 was $1.25MM, where is the $50M discount?  BTW, Plan 1 starting at $1.2MM.

Will they lower the price?

A SFR house will be used as a primary home. Old house:  big yard, no /low Mello, but low ceiling or poor floor plan New House :  no/small yard, high Mello, better floor plan, What is the better choice from the long run?

The pricing at BP is very disappointing.  The higher mello with the higher pricing, stops us pulling the trigger

The Mello Roos is steep, ranging from $8,500 -$9,500 per year, while ST or OH's mello roos is much lower,  does the price reflect the adjustment of the higher MR?

If I were the buyer, I would choose the detached PS house, rather than the attached WBE townhouse. However, apparently people like better WBE than PS.
