We are thinking about leasing a car to replace our old over 10 years car.  Maybe lease Audi, Benz or BMW, but not luxury.  It looks like the initial sign-in amount approximately $4,000.  Is it high?

I think Avoiding her is NOT a way to solve the problem.  The best way is to write to her and ask her to write down the incidents, get RTI teacher's statements.  Document everything. You don't need to be aggressive,  but be assertive.  If you think you are wrongfully treated,  please stand up...
