I?m not sure when you visited but there are a lot of families in the Groves with young kids in the 0-6 age range.  Lots in Varenna and also all over Saviero, Capella, La Vita, Messina.

Someone in the education sector told me that Irvine and tustin public schools only prepare the kids for UC level.  Ask how many make it to ivy leagues and there aren?t too many.  It?s the curriculum that they teach.

What do you all think the Taymo homes will start at? What about iPac and Shea? The only comparison is Varenna at $1.3m for 2500 sq ft and Genoa at $1.65m for 3200 sq ft.

Is 4779 sq ft considered large lot for Varenna?
