Then again, the Cetara plan 2 is hot right now.  It?s their best selling floorplan and they still have hundreds of folks on the waiting list.  Buyers might opt for smaller lot with dramatic high ceilings and a huge functional loft, over piazza set up on a larger lot, overlooking apartments. ...

Do you think these view lots can sell like the La Vita Plan 4?  Those view lots were going for $900/sq ft.

I am running the coaxial cable thru the conduit down to the master closet.  No signal.  Do all new builds have something in the roof that prevents the signal from broadcasting?  Does it have to be installed on the exterior of the house?

Single loaded cul de sacs will be desirable.

OH4 elevation doesn?t seem that high. 

Shea is overrated.  I heard a lot of buyers are not happy with the quality (or lack of quality) of work that is being put into these homes. 

For some reason I don?t believe there are 600 people on the wait list. 

What will the last view lots go for?

Cetara buyers are now limited to Sunday visit once a month only.  That?s pretty terrible. 

These Ravello will not sell.  That or Shea will need to raise their starting prices to $2.5m

That means the last view lots in the parking lot are going to easily be over $3m

There is demand everywhere.  I don?t believe the other builders except TayMo are doing bidding war.

Someone told me TayMo releases new phases to a group of buyers and then makes them bid up the prices.  Whoever has the highest price then gets that lot.  Is this a new practice for all builders or just TayMo?  Sounds a bit ridiculous.

Personally I have never liked the Altair location.  It?s too Far East near Lake Forest.  I?ve always thought OH was more peaceful and nicer but the proximity to the fire hazards is what a lot of folks do not want.  But it?s the only new guard gated community near higher elevation which draws...
