Has anyone thrown a kids birthday at Disneyland?  If so, how does it work and cost?  Does everyone have to pay the cost of admission or do you rent out a dining area and get access to Disney characters.  We are thinking of ideas for our upcoming kids birthday.

Called a few places.  Some have Clack and others have Fleck.  I think Fleck has the newer touch screens.  Not sure about Clack.

It seems like they do.  When I leave it out and keep refilling it, they don't seem to swarm around it like they do initially.

I got a look for the contract but I'm pretty sure it was 4600 a year. I called the number listed by the Bond and they said the adjustment expired.  So does that mean the builder was misinformed?

so it's normal for the builder to tell you mello is $4700 a year but then jump to $5900 a couple years later?  That's a pretty big spike!

How can a listing show that it was sold in 2012 when someone I know claims they purchased it in 2016?  It shows listed for a certain price in 2016 on sites like Redfin and Realtor.com, but then doesn't say it was sold or delisted.  Could a listing be taken offline and sold?
