One thing that stands out with Joe's Shanghai XLB is how much more gelatinous the soup is compared to DTF and others in SoCal.  You almost feel like your lips can be stuck together by it.  I think they're quite good but the wife still prefers DTF for their super thin skin. 

Right now I have an IP camera on the porch recording motion and storing the images to dropbox.  It's not too useful from a intercom perspective as I would have to open a browser or an app on iPhone just to see them. For a real intercom system with video this one looks interesting.  Not cheap...
