great thanks for the feedback. I have a fairly small job..replacing about 6 dead head bushes, and replacing and adding landscape lighting..a few uprights and some ground ones. About 1/2 of mine don't work. I've always wondered how you guys do it with the wiring going underneath the cement.

Well, when they say "starting in the low 600's", by the time you start adding hardscaping, landscaping, internal upgrades, etc....add at least 100k more. So, there are no condos up there? just single family homes?

there is a reason why i bought in QH as I had considered waiting for Laguna Altura/Crossing, I don't hear the freeway. Just barely some white noise :-)

Is it going to be a gated neighborhood? I didn't think so...  I'm just surprised how fast they are moving. The trees are aleady up...too bad it's a windy day :-)
