When I first moved and purchased a home in Irvine 5+ years ago, it was a fine city: clean, quiet, family oriented and you could get to pretty much anywhere pretty quickly. Now, the fools at the Irvine Company and City Hall seemed to have really mucked with a good thing: 1) Built too many...

Well. Maybe you guys shouldn't have bought in Woodbury/Portola, etc.  I knew they were going to build that mess in the Strawberry Fields years ago and it was going to be pretty. It will soon be like Jamboree in a few years. Good luck to the folks who bought in that area.

Anyone try it? Hong Kong style. I tried their curry beef stew over rice. Even though the service took a while and they need more waiters/waitresses, their food was quite tasty. I think you guys need to try it!

My deck needs repainting and the deck doesn't drain quite right...anyone know the type of contractor I can contact and who can do it....    I called my painter and he said he doesn't repaint the bottom of my upstairs deck. Plus, water kinda sits in the middle and doesn't drain right.

Agreed, that's why I'm looking to buy over at PS myself. Yes, there is a reason why it stinks between there and Irvine Center Drive on Sand Canyon on some mornings. If you don't believe me...try going out some mornings and smell the air around there.
