As of Sunday Palisades at The Highlands are sold out.  There are a couple of Shasta and San Gabriel available.

It was very quiet.  I forgot to check the location relative to the toll road but since I couldn't see the toll road I believe Capella is at higher elevation.

I find it weird that Settlers Park, which is a community park, is located within the gated entry.  If everyone is entitled to go to the community park it kinda take away the whole gated premium.

Strada picture taken yesterday.  The entrances to Neighborhood 2 are all closed.  There were two more clusters of model homes (one attached, one detached) at about the same construction stage as Strada in this neighborhood.
