    Delano sold for $1.3M high $500psf rate. This is a bigger home (low $500psf rate). 4 bedrooms sell at a massive premium even if they are attached condos. This is the reality of Irvine. Those two kid families need that office / 4th room to work out of.

    They will sell at listed prices.  Shea doesn?t decide the prices, TIC does and they know what will sell. Even if it doesn?t sell immediately they will throw in a lot of builder upgrade credits to force it to sell at those prices .

    No does not smell at Eastwood. I have never smelled it.  I cannot say for every location in Eastwood. Never trust Nextdoor especially a Reddit link that mentions Nextdoor.  Reddit is a cesspool of information and Nextdoor is even worse.
