I see that TB has increased the prices on both Magnolia and evergreen. Magnolia now has higher prices per sqft than Evergreen. I remember Magnolia used to have the lowest price per sqft in the community.
Is anyone on their waiting list for Magnolia or Evergreen? Which phrase is for sale right now? Any insider inform? The agents at the sales center seem to be very busy and often delayed in respondences.
Is life more diversified there? How is the night life there? Is it easy to find Asian food and groceries?Is it convenient to go to LA downtown? And what kind of neighbors I will have by moving there?
As the other posts said, bring in the inspector quietly. If asked, just told them you both are the buyers. If asked to leave, just call the police.

I have never seen a fish tank in houses for sale (including model homes for sale by builders). Leave alone built-in tanks. Is that because I have not seen enough homes or California homeowners do not like fishes?
I remember you are going to have landscaping done on your current house. How is that going? If you buy a house now, won't that landscaping be for next owner's benefit?
Wow, very brave to be a buyer in today's market. What makes you decide to buy in today's market, which we all know is a seller's market. Don't you want to wait until the market cools down? I am just curious to know.
