Many people doubted Altair three/four years ago, but it turned to be successful.  Both TB and TIC are well known in marketing and selling their houses.

There are a lot all cash buyers who have no preferences on floor plan, directions, et al. I think they have priorities.

TB may not have a skin in the game, but they definitely have a benefit in it. It is actually to their benefit if the school district failed to build the elementary. In that case, TB can take back the lot for free, and build more houses and make more money. No one can blame TB for building too...

I'd heard that school district is given 5 years by TB to build the elementary. If the school district fails to delivery in 5 years, TB will take back the lot.

I think the elementary is planned to be built at the top left corner of the lot map, where the soccer field is.

Third phase is released today.

The previous price increases seem to be more than 1-1.5% per phase. According to Asumis, Phase 1 Viridian was $1,529,155, The current price (Phase 3) is $1,628,426. That is 3.2% increase per phase.

Does anyone know what TB is going to build on the vacant land there? Seems to be too big to be landscaping area.

Prices on Magnolia and Evergreen have increased by $100k already from Phase 1 to current phase (3?) Wondering how much the prices are going to increase for future phases. Those lucky buyers who got in Phase 1 should feel happy now.
