Thanks USC, I think I am going to move forward with a Las Ventanas purchase, I like the small 27' backyard  :)

20' is plenty big for me, to be exact its 27' and less to maintain  ;)

Larger lots are nice, what maybe mid 2012 release date?  :-\ as current phase is on 2 and completion date of sept/oct..

anyone else bought in las ventanas?  pretty tempting, few of the lots in the current phrases have 20'+ backyards..  the noise to me is minimal, anyone know when the shopping center will be finish?  ::)

I am looking to sign my contract for san marcos at stonegate this week and was wondering if anyone here got any soft of builder incentives or discounted closing cost recently?  Thanks in advance.

So what do you think of the Laguna models?? any prices yet?  The sales lady at San Marcos is trying to get me to sign my papers this week, but I want to see the Laguna Models first  ::)
