    San mateo almost sold out.

You can't put a deposit down on anything unless you get preapproval from their preferred lender....

    San mateo almost sold out.

Yeah, they been saying that to me ever since last year and eventually stopped calling me. I actually wanted to put a deposit on 3 other homesites in SM that feels ideal to me, and in the process of trying to squeeze freebies those all got sold so u can definitely tell that they were selling...

    San mateo almost sold out.

Hahaha thx. Inside CPW there was only 1 or 2 locations that were "decent" but unfortunately those were the model homes that they don't want to get rid of. I would have considered the model for urban living type of feel in OC but they didn't want to get rid of those lol.

    San mateo almost sold out.

Just dropped a $15k deposit at San Mateo. According to the sales office they are "officially sold out" but also said there are 1 or 2 more phases (5-10 more) that were not released yet. So its basically a bunch white lies, haha. I'm fairly certain that they will release more san mateo floor...

Stonegate - San Marcos Model home pictures

Thank you, I see the old posts, which is why i started wondering about the others... I had posted price lists and such in a couple of Stonegate community specific threads. Wanted to come back to see how the community is doing but the threads are all gone. Did irvine company operatives infiltrate...

    waiting list at san mateo?

Anyone go there the last few weeks? I think I'll cruise back over there in the next week or two to see what the sales situation is. I looked at San Marco and thought that San Mateo had a better neighborhood layout. San Marco came out at a little less with the new phase btw. Correct me if I'm...

    Central Park West thoughts?

I could think of a few reasons why this neighborhood might make sense and its mostly corporate... It makes some sense for firms around the area to pick up some property and use as corporate housing. Dropping 20% on a down payment and making monthly mortgage is certainly cheaper than $150/night...

    Central Park West thoughts?

No firm in general, not even remotely close to the real estate biz. I'm in import/export, lived in irvine (renting and for a good reason) for the last 10 yrs .

What can be dumped at Bowerman Landfill?

Probably means they bury it as soon as the trash is poured in :) In all seriousness I think that Irvine would take the mgmt of this landfill very seriously, they dont want the smell to get all over the place, its going to ruin their 'pristine' reputation :)

    waiting list at san mateo?

Was there a two weeks ago and heard on 2-3 of the units marked "sold" (which btw, just requires $15k deposit and mortgage approval) became available and with a small builder credit which might mean a net lower cost than prior phase.

    Central Park West thoughts?

Looked at CPW today for the first time since looking at Astoria/The Plaza maybe 3 yrs ago. I also toured thru just about every available brand new home in Irvine. - IMO this area offers something different compared to the brand new or nearly new home in woodbury or stonegate. Gives the "urban"...

    Stonegate...hello broker co-ops

Just curious, with broker representation, how negotiable are the asking prices as listed on their price sheet? I took a stroll thru Stonegate this weekend and picked up pricing from all the different communities. Its a potential target of mine, but for some reason the temperatures in Stonegate...
