I don't like the floor plan 2 and 2X in Saratoga. I think 3 and 3X in San Macro are much better.

As the conservatory room takes the space from the backyard. People who prefers more outdoor space will choose not to add the conservatory room.

Talked to the sale person about the conservatory room option.  Below is the information I got. - the room is around 130 sqft. - no glass between the great room and the conservatory room.(Similar like the current window without glass) - no door between dinning room and conservatory room.

TIC do have six months lease for some communities. You can go the TIC rental information center on the corner of Harvard and Main for more information. They can search all Irvine company rental communities for you. Month by month can be done after the first lease, but it is too expensive...

Any one has opinions about the san mateo plan 3 vs. san macro plan 1? which one is better? I think San macro has a better layout of the first floor. But it is not an end unit. I am not sure if it worth the the extra $30000.
