Based on above description, The Feng Shui will be bad if you add the conservatory room option for San mateo plan 2 and plan 3. Front door is visible from the back door.

Seems like all the documents including the water bill need to be submitted within 60 days. You may not have enough time to submit the documents if you purchase the washer more than one month before the closing date.
