    San Mateo3 at stonegate

I think the price there is based on the current lots(phase 19) on the price list. I am not sure what's the phase 3 and phase 2 you talked about. Current release is phase 19. The reason why plan 1 is more expensive than plan 2 is that the plan 1 in the price sheet is a plan 1 that has a really...

Saw the price list and the plan 2 in San Mateo is 618K. Looks like those are the standard lot.

Those two house are not standard. The plan 3 which priced at 695,000 looks like a real single family which has drive way in front of the house. The plan 3 which priced at 683,300 has a really huge lot (looks like almost double size of the original lot). From the standard size plan 2's price...

Checked San Mateo II last weekend. They only have one more phase left. And the price increase around $5000 from last phase. They all sold out. Plan 1 is now over $602,700. And they said San Mateo III will be released very soon after San mateo II is done.

Cambria @ Stonegate Grand Opening on Jan. 26th

I guess the price for San Mateo III will be higher than the San Mateo II. Or a lot of people will just go with the San Mateo instead of the Cambria.

@Leij,   I think what you mean is San Mateo plan 2 & plan 3, not phase 2 &3. I heard that San Mateo III will be available soon. Maybe you can wait for that.

    Irvine Housing Booming

The traffic on San Canyon and Jeffery will be terrible after all those homes are built up. We need another road. :(

Buying new home with a broker versus on your own

Take a agent with you. Pre-qualify and join the priority list as soon as possible. Seems like now there is a very long list for each community.

30 yr fixed from builders preferred lender

Thanks, SGIP. I guess I should just go with the Wells Fargo Insurance for this year to avoid any possible delay. I can change it next year.

    Upcoming Neighborhoods at Stonegate

Seems like the location of San Mateo III  is better than San Mateo II. Close to Jeffery instead of San Canyon.
