    It looks like the majority of the first phase builds have California room or conservatory room included. Guess IP wants to force these upgrades right out of the gate to raise the price even more.

    New Luna 4X plan announced. Minus 1 bedroom. 1 bedroom moved downstairs with bath. You lose quite a bit of living/dining space downstairs, but you get the great room concept. Is Jade residence 4 plan

    Looks like Vista Scena is a rehash of Cambria from SG based on the pictures of the elevations. Maybe the same floor plans too, basically attached versions of San Mateo/Jasmine

    I think today's buyer are still holding on to the old premise that a master bath should have a tub included. I'm in the same boat. But I also know that I only take showers. The tub sits there for decoration. I think the romantic notion of soaking in the tub with candles is more for the movies...

    I'm pretty sure it's the exact same plan, but not sure where the 3-6 sq feet difference (if in fact there is) is made in plan 1 and 2. They just moved the pantry cabinets around, added linen cabinets in the laundry room (thus requiring a stacked W/D).

It looks like the model homes are situated furthest away from the freeway (obviously); however, the phase 1 construction looks like it's closest to the freeway. Seems like they plan on building the phases from the freeway inward, instead of furthest...

    Plenty of plan 1s and 2s left over from phases 1, 2, and 3 also. I find it a bit interesting that the plan 1 doesn't seem to be selling as well as the 3 and 4, considering it's very similar in layout to Cambria/San Mateo (imo).
