Why would they want to have homes built by other builders on their website?  Irvine Pacific should only have their own products shown on their website especially with OH 3 coming online.

I think most of the OH residents goto their own Ethnic grocery shops (i.e. Chinese, Korean, Persian, etc.). I would hate to lose a grocery shop nearby.  Go Shop and have meals over there please.

If you don't want to wait in line to have some Sliders, goto PS Elderberry/Juniper.  You can grab all the sliders and sodas you want without waiting in line (0 wait time). At EW, you have to wait 30+ minutes for some sliders/boba.

I also moved to OH from Stonegate, but for me I had bad allergy issue at Stonegate.  At OH, I have no allergy problem so far maybe because I am further away from the Orchards.

Food and drinks were really good at Bella albeit very slow service.  Took advantage of people leaving early without their food. The last model home at Alta Vista was simply WOW.  One of the nicest model homes I have seen recently.  Bella model homes were blah blah..

btw, who is going to Vistas Grand Opening this Saturday?  Any free food and beverage?

I doubt it will go up by $100.  Significantly more housing units to spread the costs.  This side is really slow in implementing things.  Where are my guards and where is my OH School expansion K-8?  Give me my MR back.
