    Strada @ orchard hills vs. Arcadia @ stonegate

    We're in the same situation as OP. We've toured most new builds, some resale, and are torn over buying now (OH, SG, or last remaining homes in PP or CV) or waiting for BP or Eastwood (our schedule is flexible). Also worth considering is Lafayette at SG, grand opening on March 7.

    What do you think of Richmond American homes? I've only seen Birch Trail PP models.
