    Interestingly, IPAC may be doing away with conservatory option, at least in Eastwood. Didn't see a choice to convert to conservatory in any of the Eastwood floor plans that are online now. There is the expanded dining room option in lieu of California room for some floor plans.

    I searched AntennaSearch.com for cell towers within a 4 mile radius of Santiago Hills elementary school. Didn't see the one in Eastwood on the site mentioned by Inc, maybe because EW streets are not on maps yet?

    I noticed that too. If you look at the Petaluma floorplans (these similar to Jasmine and San Mateo), there is no conservatory option either, but there is an expanded dining room option.
