@aquabliss When's the VIP event? Is the link at the bottom of toll brothers baker ranch website the link to prequal for baker ranch or just generic to the builder? I'm not sure to wait until the grand opening or just submit the prequal now.

It looks like only 6 neighborhoods (A-F) are in the plans for early 2014. What about G-K neighborhoods? Late 2014 perhaps?

@FRGUY Do you have the specs for Toll Bros 1F? I can't find it anywhere. I hope it's in the high 2s or 3s. Thanks!
