I thought remaining Capellas a month ago was going for 1.3-1.4M (with views & upgrades) which is close to phase1 prices no?  How is it all of a sudden 1.6M?

Is there any chance that all the FCB who parked their money in homes here will one day all need to get that money out and all sell their homes?  Like China levies some tax or penalty on these guys once they see what they've done and they gotta liquidate?

I live in an older neighborhood where there are a lot of house with short driveways where you can't park on them. They do have 3 car garages though...

24ft from living room is pretty respectable.  9.7 feet is quite nice too from california room.  Is that comparable or better than the model plan 2 do you know? Is there no option to convert the california room to an observatory?  that's kind of a bummer if thats the case. And yes, I do mind...

I just called the sales office, they are not selling the model, the address 51 Braintree she said was the parking lot.

I don't think $1.475 is for the model, just the starting price for a plan3.

I'm eyeing the plan 2 as well.  Plan 3 is great, but in a similar situation, a bit too much $$. Dang - 50K and by that time the final phase happens, it'll probably be 100K more than now!  I can't believe they're raising it 4K for every phase...i thought it was slowing down. May I ask, what's...

I've been looking at strada, belvedere and palo alto....my question is for homeowners living in these homes with an 8ft back, what does it feel like day to day?  Currently my older home has a backyard that's maybe 20ft back and its a nice comfortable distance between me and the neighboring house...

Just curious what people think of Belvedere here in terms of location within eastwood village.  Is it worth it or just wait for Calistoga to open and see what they are offering? 

What are people thinking for the starting price here?  I'm assuming since these are 3000sqft homes, that they will start above Belvedere Plan 3s - so high 1.2Ms.
