For those that are still tracking, I got on the priority list in Jan of last year and got in on Phase 11.  Feels like WTF prices but this is probably our forever home.  Good luck out there and looking forward to meeting my TI neighbors.

I actually got called about lot 35 but passed at $3.1mm;  all others sold out.

La Vita is also a freaking motor court home.... The Cetera list is long. I inquired about my chances for that Lot 32 Plan 1 and they said most likely not =(

I?ve been shopping around and the cheapest I could find was $2200 to paint an 1100 sqft home with very normal/low ceilings.  Seems like much but my reference point this what I paid 10 years ago ($600 for 1800sqft).
