    Plan 2 is very similar to my Coronado plan 2 sans the full 2nd bed/bath downstairs. Mid 800's seems really ridiculous for it! I bought mine for 630k back in 2010.  At today's prices, I feel like I got a steal, although I didn't factor in the fact that OH will be a way better village than WBE...

    Woodbury East Coronado Resale

    If you guys can recall, I bought a Plan 2 Coronado back in 2010.  I just noticed that the first Plan 2 listed on MLS is pending at 770K after only 3 days! I can't believe it went so quick.  Obviously, this pleases me, but do you guys think this falls in the WTF or not...
