Bren will just sell the lots to another developer...with new plans. Basically, you should be able to buy one of the 4 houses that no one else has. Hands off the one with the outside stairs in the back. That's a nice plan.
Bren could push dirt around for another 10 years and still not feel any pain. They made so much off the last 10 years, I wouldn't be surprised if he was burring his cash up on those hills.

Only another 10-15% tops. The US dollar is now only worth HALF as much as it was worth back in 2000. So...Irvine's medium price should bottom somewhere in the 5's.
