    PPSF is based on location. The spaces near Target in the back 40 are cheaper than the ones by the theater or Apple.

    I failed to mention the two brand new office towers are completely empty save for half of one floor. Most of those restaurants need the high-end lunch/dinner crowd which the two towers promised to do. Then went the mortgage industry. :snake:

    Yeah it depends on how he prices it...and what his % is. If he prices it low and creates a pandemonium buzz, then slyly accepts a higher offers he can sell it within 1-2 weeks.

    If you can swing the 1M without hardships, go for it. Especially if you are going to be there 10 years. Now, if you are going to have a hard time with the payments, then walk away from the deal and find something cheaper.
