Between $2mil homes in OH and $3mil homes in HC, I think what you get from HC is a view, bigger living spaces, lots and 3 or 4 car garages, convenient location. OH is like a bit upgraded Portola Spring to me. It is far east.

The design center charges me $150/can and $150 dimmer switch

Builder will install recessed lights right above the kitchen island where we'd like to put pendants later. Can electrician utilize the recessed light spot for installation of pendants? Should I add separate jbox for pendants?
