Yes, they are building a new high school near the Great Park and it's scheduled to open Fall 2016.  As of right now, the attendance boundary for HC high schools students is University High.  However, the IUSD Boundary Advisory Committee is drafting a new proposal to change attendance boundaries...

I just called the sales office and was told there will be a shuttle service this weekend for the grand opening.  Park on Headlands Street near "The Retreat"  (aka clubhouse).
