    IM not sure if we will be able to secure one. Im pretty sure most of the plan 3 buyers are from day one or week one.  I can't believe they all sold out at that steep increase. They will def increase the price in teh next phase release. OUCH! It looks as though the pricing of homes keep going up...

    That's crazy! I didn't think they would go up that aggressively due to the lots being smaller and houses backing on to each other. So the plan 3 is probably going to be released at 1.28. Which is still under the market for a 3400 sq ft home.

    They are releasing the phase 6 on Sat.  Any idea price point? Since phase 1 i believe they have gone up by 150k thats a whole lot of money in 6 months!!!

    Pavilion Park: Hawthorne (Pulte)

    Wow! I really like the pulte homes but we didn't want 3 bedrooms including master on ground floor! We are on the list and we have to go on Sat. They will go down the list. We are hoping to secure one. I dont anticipate the price to jump much since the lots are quite smaller.

    One of the plan 3 fell out and is back on market. 1.37. Lot is huge. 85k premium on lot. I'm still waiting for the awesome plan 3 in Rosemist!!!

    Great Park: Lennar - Rosemist

    i think the plan 3 is the most practical. It has a 5 bedrooms with 2 master suites + loft + 3 car garage and a nice California room. Its a great floor plan and very functional. The price point was great for those who got in the first few phases, now, im not so sure. The lots are pretty big too...

    We heard the plan 3 is the most desirable.  We are on the list and want able to secure one this phase.  The was a huge jump in price about 67k from phase to 5. Are these prices going to continue to spike?  >:(
