edit* how to delete? realized this was already posted in another thread.
I noticed the zero lot line too when I visited. If you look at the site map, everything looks to scale except for the zero lot lines. It's very misleading. I wonder how many people will buy and not realize this until it's too late.
I hate companies that pull this shady shit. If they (Standard...
Have you watched Suzy Ormon before? She would say you are denied for the area you are seeking. Your income is decent, probably an average household income in OC, but you barely have anything saved for retirement and you're both already in your 40's? Yikes. Also, what would happen to your 12...
If I worked in Riverside I'd also consider Eastvale. The 91 is a parking lot but I believe you'd be going against traffic.
Irvine is a little far, my other choice would be to buy an Eichler in Orange.
Not specific to Irvine (although Irvine ranks at the top of how much they contribute to workforce housing growth in Orange County), but there was an article in the OC Register about this.

I like how they are showing an illustration of the one home in Sheldon that has a driveway.
Mid 6s is great, but then the next size up, Huntley by Brookfield is in the 900s? Wow, 300k for a driveway.
Ok.
I was wondering the same thing, if this is the mello roos that we already know about, or a second mello roos. If it's a second mello roos they need to consider that they may drive away potential buyers by adding this.

Tax district for next Tustin Legacy homes?
Homeowners could pay as much as $2,050 each year on top of standard property taxes to live in the next phase of Tustin Legacy homes due to a special tax district planned for the...
That's impressive I know I couldn't do it myself. This particular house has a crawlspace, but after checking it out, realized the house probably needs way too much work beyond what I'm willing to commit to.
