    During walk through, a couple of hairline cracks were found on the garage floor in our new built home :(. Builder says they are by nature . Should we insist the builder fix it ? and how to fix it. I'd like to hear TI member's opinion. Thx.

    I get confused. Is opening on sides for built in bigger than non-built-in? I thought the opposite.

    Builder only offers built-in refrigerator option. Will 36" counter-depth fridge fit in the opening for 36" built-in? or have to go to 42" built-in opening?

    Those are KB home's Palo Alto models. Looks like home size is larger than Lafayette. May be over 3k sqft ?

    Jeffrey street. It is running on the side of house. There is about 250 ft ( jeffrey open space trail park area) between the house and jeffrey.

    How about a house along Jeffrey open space trail? no one behind, good size back yard (35 ft deep), but it is a corner unit that is closest to the road. We like it about view and privacy but worry about the road noise.
