I am just going to keep showing up a deferring and see what they do with pricing for each phase.  Even if they don't raise prices that much maybe they will end up throwing in upgrade credit to try and get people in.  Thanks everyone for your feedback. 

What do you mean by cut losses?  Drop pricing until they can sell out or just abandon the project and sell to someone else?  I am high on the priority list for Ridgewood but not interested in pulling the trigger if they will cut pricing or offer a lot of incentives in later phases.

So what are everyone's thoughts on what Shea will do knowing that they could not sell out Ridgewood's partial first phase.  Will they keep trying to push pricing and just take 4-5 years to sell everything out or will they go to the city and try to get more Knoll's product approved as there is...
