I liked the Sage floorpans but felt that it had a middle of nowhere feel. Also, unlike the other new communities, it did not appear to have a school within walking distance. 

If the huge Great Park actually gets developed, then it's pretty enticing because it would really boost the property values of Beacon Park, especially the Southeastern-most properties of Beacon Park near Bosque and Cadence.

I'm looking to place a washer/dryer on the second floor, any recommendations for washer/dryer that does not cause major vibrations and is very quiet? Thanks!

Gotcha - didn't know Beacon Park was in West Irvine, I thought they were in East Irvine? Maybe I'm mistaken.

Greenwood is closer to John Wayne Airport so Greenwood is more likely in the path of the planes flying into John Wayne.  But John Wayne closes at 11pm so not a problem at night.

Anyone know of any updates on the commercial/shopping center that will be built at Sand Canyon and Trabuco/Roosevelt?  Seems like a lot of speculation but nothing concrete yet.  Thank you.

Hi all, Same question, but one year later.  Unlike 2014, it seems that the Feds. are much more likely to raise interest rates this September or October.  My house won't be ready until December '15.  Any advice appreciated. Thank you in advance.
