Anyone have info on the remaining tracts to be released within OH3 located above the recently announced 5 tracts at the Reserve?  Looked through old threads and didn't find any info.

Anyone have updates on the last two tracts?  I'm assuming these will have the biggest homes and hopefully larger lots.

Has the list of builders/models be released for the SFRs?  I saw a map showing Varenna, Capella and Messina listed on map that looked very much like OH3, but I could just be mistaking it for anther part of OH.

Sounds like we're fortunate to have a few good options. Brandon and his team from Perfect Painting is currently painting my house.  So far so good.  We've had some delays with the flooring, and the painters have been great about adjusting their plans and schedules to accommodate. 

Any TV deals?  Looking for a 65-70" tv.

I went with Maggie's Shutters for my previous house and am going with them again. http://www.maggiesshutters.com/ Good service and locally manufactured.  About $16 per square feet, but not sure if all companies measure window size the same way.

Great suggestion - it's personal preference, but I've never been a fan of designs/patterns in flooring, whether it's hardwood or tile. But maybe we can put a rug in the entry ???  Would prefer to keep it as clean as possible, but the trade-off is between a "long" entry vs. a long great room +...
